UPDATE: Communicating securely with your guests

We are launching a new messaging feature to enhance the security of your communications and reduce phishing. While messages are now sent through our secure system, you can still email with potential guests from your personal email client such as Yahoo or Google or you can log in to your dashboard to respond. You also now have the added benefit of seeing the conversation history in your dashboard.

 

 

Key enhancements

 

  • Emails from holidaymakers and your responses will go through the HomeAway.co.uk system for added security.
  • Your enquiries and responses to those enquiries will come from an anonymous HomeAway email address (sender@messages.homeaway.com) to protect you from online fraud.
  • You will be able to see the holidaymaker's email address by going to the "Enquiries" tab within your dashboard.
  • You will still be able to email back and forth from your personal email account or from your owner dashboard as you do today.
